BLS covers the foundation: CPR, AED use and airway relief for all ages. ACLS adds advanced airway, rhythm interpretation, pharmacology and team leadership for adults. PALS addresses the same depth of handling for infants and children.
BLS typically needs four to six hours, ACLS and PALS twelve to sixteen. Blended formats split the contact time across an online module and a practical block, which often suits shift workers better.
No. A current BLS certificate is the entry requirement. If you need both, we schedule them back to back so you complete both in a single visit.

AGRA certificates follow a fixed renewal cycle noted on the card itself. Before expiry you will receive a reminder with the refresher options available for your level.
A shorter, practice-focused session that re-tests core psychomotor skills against the same rubric used at initial certification, plus a short knowledge check.
Yes. Submit the certificate number and holder name through the Contact page and our records team will confirm status, level and issue date.
Hold a current provider certificate for at least a year, complete an instructor development workshop, then complete supervised teaching hours with a mentor instructor before your status is released.

Group rates apply from a minimum headcount, and organisations bringing regular cohorts receive a standing quote. Multi-course bookings for one group are priced together.
Transfer to another public course date is possible where notice is given in advance and a seat is available. On-site programmes are scheduled with your team directly.
Yes. Individual clinicians, emergency services and training centres collaborate routinely. What matters is a clear clinical question and proper governance approval.
We help define the question, the variables and the analysis plan, and will review a statistical analysis plan before data collection starts.
